MoBerries was recommended by our Head of People as he had successful experiences with it in the past. After an initial discussion and a quick tour on the platform, we decided to go with it and we started receiving high-quality matching candidates right away.

As a small-sized company, we do not always have countless open roles, but we rather focus on hiring for a few specific key roles. MoBerries is a very complete and intuitive solution. The platform is very easy to use, all the necessary information is visible at first sight, customer support is great and the candidate pool is extremely diverse.
What do you like most about MoBerries?
We get junior to senior candidates matched with all our open roles in every department: sales, customer success, engineering and product. Additionally, the integration with our ATS (Personio) is excellent: we can have a clear overview of all the applications and reach out to matching candidates just in a few clicks.
What improvements have you noticed since using MoBerries?
We managed to double the number of applications landing in our ATS for almost all our open roles, which has been a great improvement that also helped the team in reducing time spent on active sourcing and in publishing the same job on different career platforms.
MoBerries also helped us to fill one of our long-vacant key positions within a very short time and find the perfect candidate for it, who is now a great addition to our team!
What do you think of MoBerrie's new monetization feature and how important do you think this feature will be in recruiting in the future?
We really like MoBerries' Monetization feature, as it gives the chance to easily have access to our talent pool and support candidates we did not hire in finding their new jobs. It is also very easy to become part of MoBerries talent pool and several candidates have appreciated this opportunity. If another company successfully hires one of our referrals, we also benefit from it, so it is a win-win situation for all the parties involved!
